Rabbi David Debow, Director,
infuses his classes with relevance and creativity. He served as teacher, Miashgiach Ruchani and Principal of Fuchs Mizrachi High School in Cleveland. Since making Aliya, has taught in Midreshet Harovah, Midreshet Lindenbaum, Michlelet Orot, Graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion and graduate of Yeshiva University and Ursuline College.

Dr. Yocheved Debow, Academic Principal.
holds a BA in Psychology and Education, and an MA in Child Clinical and Educational Psychology. She received her doctorate in Education at Bar Ilan University as a presidential fellow. She studied Limmudei Kodesh at Michlalah, Jerusalem College for Women.

Rivi Frankel, Program Coordinator,
has run programs in countries all over the world. Whether in the U.S, Canada, Mexico, or Russia, Rivi connects with people through learning Torah and music. She studied at Midreshet Tehilla and is finalizing her degree in management. She served as Madricha at Midreshet Emunah v'Omanut for the past two years.

Rebecca Fuhrman, Madricha,
earned her BA in Urban Studies at the University of Pittsburgh and studied in Israel at Michlelet Mevaseret Yerushalayim (MMY).

Rivkah Ginat, Madricha,
holds a BA in Psychology and English for the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is currently looking into graduate programs in Pediatric Clinical Psychology here in Israel, and feels truly privileged to Midreshet Emunah V'Omanut this year. In her spare time Rivkah can be found at The Israel Center for the Treatment of Psychotrauma, where she is currently interning, or performing at various women's-only venues around Israel.

Torah Instructors:
Rav Jonathan Bailey - After receiving his BA in English Literature from Yeshiva University, Rabbi Jonathan Bailey spent five years in Efrat at Yeshivat Hamivtar, where he received Smicha from Rabbi Zalman Nechemia Goldberg and Rabbis Riskin and Brovender in 2002. Upon returning to the U.S., Rabbi Bailey became the Judaic Studies Coordinator for a high school in Baltimore, Maryland and taught Tanach, Gemara and English Literature for four years. As a member of the Torah Mitzion Kollel, he also taught Chumash and Gemara, among other topics, to adults of the Baltimore community. Having made aliyah in 2006, he now teaches subjects including Gemara, TaNaKH, Halakha and Pirkei Avot, at Midrashot Harova, Lindenbaum and Emunah V'Omanut. He resides in Yerushalayim, with his wife and son.
Mrs. Nechama Barash graduated from Stern College and the Advanced Talmud Institute at Matan, a three year intensive program for Talmud study. Taught at Pardes, Midreshet Lindenbaum, Midreshet Harova and Michlelet Emunah. She is also a freelance writer, translator and editor.
Rabbi Fivel Yedidya Glasser, Teacher-Chumash and Machshava, studied for smicha with Rav Shuki Klein and Rabbi Shlomo Riskin at Yeshivat Hamivtar. He also studied at Shappel's, Bat Ayin and Sulam Yaakov. He completed his BA in Religion at Dartmouth College and MA in Theological Studies at Harvard University. He is also the founder and director of P'tach Libi, an experiential Jewish wilderness program. He has been living in Israel for 11 years with his Israeli wife and three wonderful children.
Mrs. Inbar Gabay-Zada has a BA in Jewish History and Tanach from Bar Ilan University and is completing her teaching degree at Herzog College and her MA in Jewish History at Bar Ilan University. She has served as co-head of the Anglo-Beit Midrash program at Bar Ilan University, as an assistant in Michlelet Mevaseret Yerushalayim's Beit Midrash and taught on theirsummer program. She is also a guide at the Western Wall Tunnel Tours.
Miriam Miller B.eD. in Tanach and Education from Michlala. M.eD. Harvard University Boston Mass. Teaching Degree from Michlala. Certificate in Teaching Under Priviliged children to think via Hebrew Unniversity Jerusalem.
Rabbi Bramson learned in Yeshivat Shaalvim and then graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Psychology. He is known to be a warm and engaging teacher, who caters to the needs of each individual student. His ability to incorporate comments and concerns from across the spectrum makes him a truly universal educator.
He currently teaches at Machon Maayan (Beit Shemesh)and at Tiferet (Ramat Bet Shemesh) The influence of his talents have been felt during the summers by the Ethiopian community of Natzrat Elit in Israel, during Shavuot & Simchat Torah in the city of Newport News, Virginia, on Shabbatonim throughout New Jersey, and as one of the most successful teachers at the Berman Hebrew Academy of Greater Washington. Rabbi Bramson has Rabbinical Ordination from Yeshiva University .
Rabbi Moshe Simkovich has taughtat a number of yeshivot and schools in America and Israel,was founding Head of SchoolofStern/Kohelet HS in Philadelphia, and of lateserved as Mashgiach Ruchani at Yeshivat Yesodei HaTorah in Bet Shemesh. He received a semicha under the guidance of Rabbi Moshe Meiselman while at YULA, and a BA and MA from University of Chicago in the Social Sciences.
Rav Yisrael Cohn, studied at Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh and has Semicha from Yeshivat Hamivtar. He has an MA in Jewish Law from University of London, and an MS in Clinical Sociology from University of North Texas. He is an ATID fellow.
Rabbi Shlomo Dov Rosen studied at Yeshivot Har Etzion, Chevron, Yad Aharon, Merkaz HaRav, Har HaMor. He is pursuing his doctorate in philosophy Hebrew University.
Rabbi Yaacov Don of Alon Shvut is a thought-provoking teacher and an inspiring mentor. A graduate of the Har-Etzion Yeshiva [Gush], Rav Don has been teaching in various programs, formal and informal - including programs with overseas students - since 1990. He also spent 4 successful years as a shaliach at CHAT - the Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto. Upon returning to Israel he taught at Midreshet HaRova in the Old City of Jerusalem. He also served as principal of NOAM - a veteran elementary day school in Jerusalem. Rav Don received his smicha from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, and earned an M.A. at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. At present, he teaches at the Ohr Torah High School in Efrat.
Rav Don has 4 children.
Zeev Ben-Shachar has been an educator for the David Project in Israel for the last 3 years. He was born and raised in Ramat Gan, Israel. In the IDF, he served with the infantry unit Sayeret Givati, as a combat soldier and then as a commander. Zeev received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College.After graduating, he stayed on at Harvard to teach in the Psychology as well as Middle Eastern Studies departments, where he received Harvard's certificate of distinction for excellence in teaching. Zeev is currently pursuing an MA degree in Middle Eastern Studies at Tel Aviv University. He lives in Jerusalem.
Music Instructors
Mrs. Gayle Berman, Music Coordinator, holds a Masters of Muic in vocal performance and Choral Conducting. She served on the music faculties of several universities in the U.S. She was Founding Director of the Jewish Women's Chorus of Western Massachusetts. She is also the Music Director for Raise Your Spirits, an all women theatre troup, performing the original production: Judge! - the Song of Devora.
Alona Cole, Voice Instructor, studied music at the Liceo Conservatory, Barcelona Spain, and continued classic studies at the Reuben Academy, Jerusalem.
Michal Yardeni, Guitar Teacher, has been a musician for more than 20 years and studied guitar at the University of Manitoba in Canada. Her lessons include almost all styles and levels in addition to music theory, ear training, transcribing, songwriting etc, She has experience performing as a solo artist and as a back up guitarist for bands in Canada. Since her return to Israel she has also had the opportunity to perform with the best female musicians. She offers private and group lessons, plus coaches women for performances. She strives for her students to have fun while learning the necessary skills for artistry with the guitar.

Art Instructors
Batnadiv Weinberg, Art Coordinator, studied art at the New York Studio School, the Slade, the International School of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture, Italy, and the Jerusalem Studio School. She has exhibited in group shows in Israel and abroad, and has been commissioned as a muralist for both educational institutions and private homes. In tandem with her artistic pursuits, Batnadiv has explored the influence of the Bible on Western culture in her academic studies. She holds an MA in Comparative Literature from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where she was awarded the Rector's Prize and the Wolf Foundation Award.
Eryn London, Drama Teacher, holds a BA from Goucher College (Theatre major, Psychology and Judaic studies double minor), and a MA in Applied Drama: Theatre in Educational, Community and Social Contexts from Goldsmiths, University of London. She also spent a year studying at the Pardes Institute of Jewish studies.
Jeffrey Allon, Instructor of Drawing, studied in the Professional Program, Advanced Studies in Painting and Drawing at Studio Incamminati for over three years. He also earned his BA in fine arts from Hampshire College, and received a Certificate of Art in Advanced Printmaking and Book Arts from the Croydon College of Art and Design in England. In addition to teaching painting and drawing, Jeff works as a professional artist from his studio in Tekoa, south of Jerusalem.
Cecilia Cohen, Integrated Art Studio, is an internationally-recognized artist and author. She dedicates her classes to teaching the fundamentals of stained glass as a medium for creativity, self-expression, and spirituality.
Ms. Eva Avidar MA Royal College of Art, London. Artist in residence, Clay Studio, Philadelphia.
Micah Smith - Founder, Executive Producer and Director of Shoot East. A graduate with honors from the prestigious New York University Tisch School of the Arts, Kanbar Institute of Film and Television, Micah has directed and edited films and videos for over 15 years. Micah is an award winning narrative and documentary filmmaker whose films have played in over 45 festivals around the world including the USA, Canada, Australia, Austria, Hong Kong, and Argentina.
Mr. Miles Reading earned his BFA from Massachusetts College of Art. He is currently pursing his masters in art therapy. His ceramics, sculptures and photographs have been exhibited through the Boston area.
